- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Combined synopsis and solicitation for a Principal Analyst Masters Degree desired with extensive experience in Force Management related positions; demonstrated expertise in Army Force Management. Desired: Graduate of a Senior Service Staff College with experience in the management of Federal Government contracts as a government representative or as a civilian contractor; extensive Force Management related experience; Force Management experience on the Army Staff. One of the Principal Analysts shall also serve as an on-site contract and/or program manager. Prior to filling any vacant positions contractor shall submit resumes to Contracting Officer and Contracting Officers Representative for review and approval.
