- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): Huang & Associates, Inc, W912PP-09-D-0018 This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because this is a task/delivery order where an exception to fair opportunity requirements was approved due to Other Statutory Authority (DFARS 208.405-70(b)(1) or DFARS 216.505-70(b)(1)). The contractor shall provide all work and services Ruth Mine, Phase 1, Site Remediation Surveys and Work Plans to initiate field corrective actions necessary to implement the recommendations and preferred alternative preventing further migration of contaminants, and reducing exposure risks to humans and the environment.
