- This project requires a study of building 919 full engineering evaluation and assessment of requirements for occupants. There are three phases to this project. The first phase is meeting with clients to gather appropriate data, independent mission requirement per program and written report of findings. The second phase consists of a complete engineering evaluation and assessment of the building including infrastructure and systems (Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Roofing, Plumbing, IT etc). Third phase includes a details estimate for implement suggested outcome.
