- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals. The Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ/TE) intends to solicit a proposal and enter into a contract with Kalos, Inc. for software support, maintenance and upgrades. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) or 41 U.S.C. 353(c)(1) per FAR 6.302. The NAICS for this action is 511210. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12, Commercial Items. All contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) to be eligible for award. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however, the Government will consider all responses received within 1 day of this posting. Written responses to this notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. A solicitation is not available.
