- Solicitation COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with FAR Part 13 Source Selection Procedures. This announcement has been identified as a Full and Open Competition in accordance with Subpart 6.1. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis/solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. SYNOPSIS: 1. Action code: N/A 2. Date: May 26, 2010 3. Description:The solicitation number is W9133L-10-R-0045 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 05-37. All responsible sources may submit a firm-fixed price (FFP) quote which shall be considered by the agency. Proposal shall be labeled with the solicitation number. b. The Government intends to contract a BPA, firm fixed contract for the production of Unique Unit History specific interactive multimedia DVD's, one DVD per unit member as determined by the National Guard Bureau Public Affairs Historical Services. 17.
