We need to know the mechanical envelope to quote. There is a descriptionbut a drawing with tolerances would be excellent. Answer 1. Sketch attached, a detailed drawing with tolerances does not exist. Thecritical dimensions are shown as 3.5 as the effective width between the tapped screwholes on the sensing elements. The load cell also shall not be longer than 5.5 asshown in the front view of the sketch to fit into the existing installation.Question 2. Can you provide me with the third dimension, height of the load cell, or apicture of the original load cell? Answer 2. Sketch attached.Question 3. Are there any extraneous forces (i.e. bending, shear, etc.) outside oftension and compression forces? Answer 3. No.Question 4. Physical Characteristics #22: Does the effective width include theconnector mounting box on the side of the load cell, or is it the diameter of the loadcell force sensing element? Answer 4. The effective width is the sensing element and physical connection interfaceas shown on the attached sketch.Question 5. If the #4 above does include the connector mounting box, then what is thediameter of the load cell force sensing element? Is it 2-1/4 inches? Answer 5.
