- This is a modification to change or edit the quantities below. All terms and conditions remains the same. Solicitation, SPM4A6-10-R-0916, is Unrestricted, Other than Full and Open Competition will issue on June 22, 2010 with a closing date July 22, 2010. IQC10152009032, NSN is 6150-01-560-0249; Cable Assembly, Special Purpose, Electrical. Unit of issue is each. Non-Commercial and is not Critical Safety Item. Critical Item Application and Configuration Control apply. Approved sources of supply are: Control Solutions LLC, Cage Code: 4B8D1, Part Number: ASM000127 and BAE Systems Survivability Systems, Cage Code: 6W728, Part Number: 6432538-01M1. Surge and Sustainment is required for the NSN. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one year plus four option years. The Estimated Annual Demand for the base year and each option year is 324 each. The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity for the base year and each option year is 81 each. The Guaranteed Maximum Quantity for the base year and each option year is 324 each. The Maximum Annual Quantity is 648 each. Requested delivery is 32 days ARO. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. FOB is Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS).
