- Experience Questionnaire SF-24 Supplemental Specifications Drawings Solicitation The project consists of the removal of an existing culvert and the installation of a new 12’-0” span by 4’-0” rise 3-sided precast concrete box culvert with footings, wingwalls, and curbs. Improvements consist of, but are not limited to, structure excavation, excavation and reshaping of the channel, placement of riprap, installation of culvert structure, wingwalls, curbs, and footings, roadway embankment construction, and road surfacing. The Government estimated magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000.
