- Wage Determiation PWS/Appendix A Safety Appendix C The Oklahoma City-Air Logistics Center (OC-ALC/PKEA) at Tinker Air Force Base Oklahoma, intends to negotiate a firm fixed price/time and materials commercial contract for the acquisition of services listed below. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE ACQUISITION. (SEE FBO NOTES #22) Services Non-Personal The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, test equipment, transportation, parts, materials, and other incidentals necessary to provide calibration on five (5) Leica Laser Tracking Systems. The contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services and supplies provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacture's equipment specifications and this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Period of Performance: 18 June 2010- 17 June 2011. Pricing: Pricing is for Calibration of five(5) Leica Laser Tracking Systems. This is a Firm Fixed Price(FFP) Line Item. ****KTR to attach proposal & breakdown of pricing**** CONTRACTOR IS CCR REGISTERED. REGISTRATION IS VALID UNTIL: POINT OF CONTACT (POC)/INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE: PRIMARY:Todd Lee SECONDARY: Nathan Pitcovich Mechanical Engineer Mechanical Engineer 405-736-7248 405-852-4090 CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT INVOICES IN ARREARS OF SERVICES THROUGH WIDE AREA WORK FLOW (WAWF). SEE CLAUSE TAFB 100-15.
