- AMENDMENT NUMBER 2 ISSUED JUNE 10, 2010. Amendment Number 2 is hereby issued to: (1) revise the due date from June 16, 2010 at 12:00 P.M., EASTERN TIME referenced in Amendment Number 1TO JUNE 17, 2010 AT 12:00 P.M., EASTERN TIME as stated in Section L.9 of this solicitation; and (2) Change the email address for electronic submission of proposals as stated in Section L.9 from Marisha.Foreman@psc.hhs.gov TO PSCACQUISITIONS@PSC.HHS.GOV. As a result, Section L.9 Proposal Submission is changed to read: "L.9 PROPOSAL SUBMISSION Offerors who are interested in this RFP must submit their proposal no later than 12:00 P.M., EASTERN TIME, JUNE 17, 2010 via electronic copy to PSCACQUISITIONS@PSC.HHS.GOV." Offerors submitting a proposal in response to this solicitation shall acknnowledge receipt of Amendment Number 2 within its proposal cover letter.
