- This notice is for informational purposes only. The US Forest Service intends to award a task order for mine remediation services at Santa Rita Abandoned Mine Lands near the town of Green Valley, Arizona, fully funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The competitive process shall be limited to the current holders of IDIQ contracts AG-9702-C-10-0011, AG-9702-C-10-0012, and AG-9702-C-10-0013. Fair opportunity shall be given to all three contractors in accordance with FAR procedures and the IDIQ terms and conditions.
