- The Louis Stokes Cleveland Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center (LSCDVAMC), 10701 East Boulevard, Cleveland, Ohio, 44106 awarded on 6/09/10 the construction project known as General Office Renovations' to CA Services, 340 Bagely St, Pontiac Michigan. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, and travel, to perform work under this project. The work will include but not be limited to general construction, alterations, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, electrical work, utility systems, asbestos abatement, necessary removal of existing structures, construction, and certain other items. The location of the work will be at the above stated address. The solicitation was issued as an Invitation for Bid conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 14, 19, and 36 and evaluated in accordance with the procedures therein. This contract was under the Set-Aside program as a 100% set-aside for SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS in accordance with 38 U.S.C. 8127, for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Service-disabled veteran-owned small business concern .
