- The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Acquisition Management Division, on behalf of the NIST Office of Information Technology Laboratory, intends to negotiate with Organization for the Advancement of Structured Information Standards (OASIS), on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR Subsection 13.106-1(b), for annual renewal for membership to OASIS consortium. Interested parties that are authorized by Organization for the Advancement of Structured Information Standards (OASIS), to sell the aforementioned membership Services may clearly and unambiguously identify their capability to do so in writing on or before the response date for this notice. Such written responses will be used solely to determine whether competitive procedures could be used for this acquisition.
