- The National Capital Region Contracting Center (NCRCC), on behalf of the U.S. Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army of Financial Management and Comptroller (ASA(FM&C)) intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to Congressional Quaterly Roll Call Group to provide subscription services. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance: Base year: twelve (12) months after date of award; Option year 1: twelve (12) months. The NAICS code for this requirement is 511120 with a size standard of 500 employees. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals. Phone calls will not be accepted.
