- SUBSISTENCE ATTACHMENT 4TH QTR '10 SOLICITATION PROVISIONS AND CLAUSES SF 1449 COVER LETTER The Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) McKean, Bradford, Pennsylvania, intends to make multiple awards for nonperishable subsistence items. Delivery date will be the week of July 14, 2010 to July 16, 2010 unless otherwise stated in the item description. Deliveries will be made to the FCI McKean Warehouse, Rt 59 and Big Shanty Road, Lewis Run, PA 15 Miles South of Bradford, PA. The Government will award firm-fixed price purchase orders to the lowest priced responsible offerors on a per line item basis. No dented cans or substitutions will be allowed. The solicitation will be made available on or about June 10, 2010. It will be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure you have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is on or about June 18, 2010. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 424410. The solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. All responsible small businesses may submit a quote which may be considered.
