- Small Business set aside 100%: The Federal prison camp located in Duluth, MN is seeking sources with the ability to provide quotes for a Polaris Ranger 4x4 utility vehicle (R09HH50AR) brand name or equal UTV and additional parts/equipment accessories to be used year round in all weather conditions. Due to the extremely cold winter weather months we experiance in this local area the UTV is requested to have a solid windshield that can support a windshield wiper set up in the future, cold weather detachable kit, heavy duty covers/enclosure to include the rear panel, doors and roof top installed or shipped with the unit. Unit will be used for basic personnel transportation and emergency medical patient transport to our local medical services facility on our site. Unit must be able to safely carry a patient gurney in the rear of the unit (UTV) or have the option to have a patient gurney retrofitted after delivery. Thank you!
