- The Social Security Administration, Region II, requires a contractor to waterproof the concrete loading dock floor and replace existing expansion joints in the loading dock at the Addabbo Federal Building (NEPSC) located at 155-10 Jamaica Avenue, Jamaica, Queens, NY. The concrete floors leak and expansion joints are porous causing staining and leaking onto ceiling tiles and wallboard in the space under the loading dock. The estimated value of this procurement is between $25,000 and $100,000. This is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set Aside to be conducted using the procedures in FAR Parts 12 and 13. Quoters must accept the Government purchase card (Visa) as a form of payment. The NAICS code is 238390 with a size standard of $14 million. The Request for Quotation is expected to be issued on approximately June 10, 2010 and may be downloaded at http://www.fbo.gov. The date for a site visit will be contained in the solicitation.
