- RFQ AG-94TZ-S-10-0040 Warm Fire Fence Reconstruction Description: The government intends to award a contract for the reconstruction of a fence that was damaged during the 2006 Warm Fire. The project consists of removing existing fence and construction of a new 3.1 mile fence along the same line. The project location is on the north half of Kaibab National Forest. All work must be performed in compliance with the terms, specifications, and provision of this contract, to include furnishing transportation, labor, equipment, supervisor, construction operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to complete the project. The government will furnish all fence building materials. This project is set-aside 100% for Emerging Small Businesses under NAICS code 238990. The magnitude for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation shall be posted on or about June 24, 2010, with quotes due on or about July 8, 2010.
