- The Department of Veteran Affairs (VAMC), 800 Zorn Avenue, Louisville, Kentucky 40206 is soliciting for billing services. Contractor shall provide billing services as an extended business office solution with the generation, processing and submission of Hospital and Professional Medical claims to Third and First Party Payers on behalf of (VHA) Veterans Health Administration facilities.
