- Solicitation Amendment This notice has been amended to add the solicitation amendment to include the statement of work. Please view the attached solicitation amendment in its entirety. Please note the solicitation close date has been extended to 23 JUN 10 at 4:30 PM EST. Please review attached solicitation# FA4484-10-T-0028 in its entirety. Use the attached Past Performance Cover Letter and Past Performance Questionnaire to submit to companies you've provided service to in the past, maximum of 3. Submit all documentation requested in the solicitation and past performance questionnaires NLT than the specified solicitation closing date of 23 Jun 10 4:30 PM EST. The full text of a solicitation provision may be accessed electronically at this address: http://farsite.hill.af.mil The 87th Contracting Squadron has a requirement for a contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary to perform services, unless specified as provided by the Government. Contractor shall perform as a Education Advisor. This is a commercial acquisition. This solicitation is a Request for Quote and is issued as a 100% small business set-aside under Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code 8299, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 611710 and the related Small Business Standard $6.5 million. The proposed Period of Performance (POP) is a Base Period from date of award to 30 SEP 10 and four one year option periods. The POP for each one year option period is 1 OCT through 30 SEP. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) in order to transact business with the Department of Defense (DOD). Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in CCR may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in the CCR at the time of award. Solicitation will be issued on or about 8 JUN 10. Due date will be stated in solicitation. The entire solicitation will be available only on the electronic posting system website at http:///www.fedbizopps.gov. The solicitation can be accessed by following the links on the fedbizopps website to: USAF Offices, Air Mobility Command, 87 CONS. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to this solicitation. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal on this solicitation must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, must be considered by the agency.
