- R-114 Refrigerant Reclamation: Contractor is to furnish all services, materials and transportation for the reclamation / refurbishment of various R-114 cylinders. Work includes pickup of cylinders at Defense Depot Richmond, VA (DDRV), weighing, sampling, testing, recovery/reclamation of R-114, refurbishment and return of cylinders to DDRV. This solicitation will be awarded as a firm-fixed price contract. A copy of the solicitation will be available at https://www.fbo.gov on or about June 24, 2010. The NAICS code for this requirement is 562920. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The small business size standard is $12,500,000.00 per year.
