- Solicitation is for the supply, assembly and "plug and place" installation of various food service equipment items. Quantities are fixed and there will be only one delivery of all items required. The contract type will be fixed-price. This acquisition will be solicited using the policies contained in FAR 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. Required delivery schedule is 45 days. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by DSCP. This acquisition will be solicited as Unrestricted. Numbered Note 12 Applies - this acquisition is subject to the Trade Agreements Act. SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE: 25 JUNE 2010 SOLICITATION CLOSING DATE: 16 JULY 2010 ANTICIPATED AWARD DATE: 15 AUGUST 2010 Copies of the solicitation will be available during the open solicitation period at: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil
