Description
The US Army Geospatial Center (AGC) intends to award multiple Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Firm Fixed Price type contracts with a five (5) year ordering period (one base year and 4 option years) in support of the Army Research Institute for the Behavioral and Social Sciences (ARI). Each contract will be awarded with a minimum base contract amount of $10,000 and a maximum value of $30M over the life of each contract. This requirement will be satisfied using full and open competition procedures. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 541720. The business size standard is $7.0M. The purpose of this acquisition is to acquire research, development, and analyses, and conduct research efforts intended to resolve issues associated with ARIs on-going programs of work in US Army training and leader development. Interested sources shall have knowledge and experience related to training analysis and leader development needs and requirements; knowledge and experience on design and development of exemplar or prototype training and leader development methods; knowledge and experience related to the analysis, evaluation, and assessment of human performance, the impact of training, and the impact of leader development interventions; knowledge and experience related to design, development and evaluation of methods for the implementation and management of training and leader development programs; knowledge and experience related to design, development, evaluation, and incorporation of innovative state-of-the-art training delivery technology for training efficiency. To successfully fulfill the requirement, a prospective offeror must have demonstrated capability in all five areas. The request for Proposal (RFP) release date is anticipated to be on or about Friday, June 25, 2010. The solicitation will be available on the http:/fedbizopps.gov/ web site for download. The RFP will be released by the AGC CONTRACTING OFFICE, ALEXANDRIA, VA. The award of the contract shall be based upon a 'Best value' analysis and evaluation.
