- This is a posting for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z3440138A901. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-41, effective 13 May 2010, DCN 20100608, and AFAC 2010-0402. This acquistion will be solicited as total small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333997. The business size standard is 500 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 6670. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3596. Requirement Description: 0001 - Air-Cargo Electronic Pallet Scale Qty: 1 - Fully portable electronic scale to accommodate all standard cargo pallets with an optional roller system. - Capacities are from 5K to 40K (10K standard) with commercial accuracy on all models. - Needs to be fully portable and can be quickly moved with a forklift and returned to service in minutes. - Metering system needs to be rechargeable battery powepack that gives hundreds of weighments before recharging. - Meter also operates on 110 AC power. 0002- Shipping/freight Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none.
