Lease to Own eight (8) LCMS/MS Hybrid QTRAP Mass Spectrometer Systems This solicitation is posted in accordance with FAR 7.4 EQUIPMENT LEASE OR PURCHASE for eight (8) LC/MS/MS Hybrid Triple Quadrupole/Linear Ion Trap (QTRAP) Mass Spectrometer Systems. Contracts who offer includes a sub-contractor will be required to submit a sub-contract plan. If a subcontractor is not being used for these services then the contractor shall state so at the time of offer. **SEE ATTACHED SOLICITATION FOR DETAILS**
