- RECOVERY - The Bureau of Indian Affairs/Western Regional Office, on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education, is issuing this solicitation for purchase of Online Library (Textbook Printing) Services for the Santa Rosa Boarding School, Sells, Arizona. The procurement method is Simplified Acquisiiton Procedures, and the BIA intends to issue a firm fixed price contract for the purchase of these products/services. This project is classified under NAICS Code 511130. The solicitation packet will be available immediately (June 10, 2010). This solicitation is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA), Public Law 111-5, and the contractors shall comply with ARRA statute and all applicable laws, regulations, provisions, policies, procedures, and clauses, including but not limited to meeting the requirements of Sec. 1512 of the ARRA and other accountability and transparency conditions.
