- 1. This is a new requirement. WORKSHEET FOR FEDBIZOPPS SYNOPSIS (Rev 5/17/07) 1.List code number and brief title:FSC: 8470 e.g. Police Equipment) For: Uniforms, and Equipment 2.Solicitation No.: W912CN-10-T-0238 3.Response Date: 062410 (MMDDYY e.g. 24 Jun 10 as 062410) 4.Contract Specialist (Initials): WJGPhone: 655-3050, ext __ Contracting Officer (Initials): MPPhone: 655-3060, ext __ 5.Description: This will be a firm fixed price requirements type contract. Contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, materials, and delivery which are indicated by quantity/type and size per CLIN. Types of equipment that will be in the solicitation are as follows: Body Armor Lite Extended Level IIIA, Tactical Boots, Class B Uniform pants and shirts, PASGT Helmet Kevlar Level III, Handcuffs, Expandable Baton 26, and a Holster 9MM level III retention. Partial quotes will not be accepted. Interested offers must submit quotes for all CLINs that pertain to the solicitation. Upon award, orders will be placed against a contract that will require delivery of equipment to Helemano Military Reservation BLDG 25D, 441 Kuapale Road, Wahiawa, Hawaii 96786. The issue date for this solicitation is estimated to be on or about 15 June 2010. Response date above is estimated. Actual proposal due date will be specified in the solicitation and may be earlier or later than 24 June 2010. x Period of performance is 28 June 2010 through 27 June 2011 with 1 pre-priced 12-month option period.
