- This synopsis is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website located at http://www.fbo.gov, the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/, and the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Acquisition website located at http://www.navsea.navy.mil/nswc/crane/working/contracting. FBO is the primary point of entry to be used when access to synopses and solicitations from the World Wide Web is required. However, the NECO webpage as well as the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Acquisition webpage serve as alternatives if the FBO website is unavailable. This requirement is for the procurement of spare parts in support of the AN/AAQ-30 Targeting-Guidance Sets (also known as Target Sight System "TSS") for the U.S. Marine Corps AH-1Z Super Cobra Attack Helicopter. A detailed parts list will be provided. The required delivery date is as soon as possible after contract award. There will be a line item for the spare parts, and two option line items, one for spares to be exercised 180 days after contract award, and one for spares to be exercised 540 days after contract award. Award will be made to Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, 5600 Sand lake Road, MP 051, Orlando, FL 32819-8907. Contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration database and must be certified under the Joint Certification Program in order to gain access to the specification. Other requests to receive the data shall be referred to Commander, Code CXMMZT, NSWC Crane, Indiana 47522-2001. Delivery is required F.O.B. Destination. The applicable NAICS classification is 334511. This procurement will be conducted on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source. The solicitation will be available on or about 22 Jul 2010 via the Internet at the NSWC Crane Homepage at http://www.navsea.navy.mil/nswc/crane/working/contracting and will close on or about 22 AUG 2010.
