- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. The solicitation W90CCB-0020-2400 is issued as a Request for Quotations. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-41, dated 04/13/2010. This procurement is Set-Aside 100% for Small Business and issued under NAICS code 444130, small business size standard of $6,500,000.00. The North Dakota Army National Guard is requesting quotations for One (1) Powerboss Admiral 42 Rider Sweeper/Scrubber with (1) one Rapid Fill 40 Dispensing System and (1) one 55 Gallon Drum; (2) two Heavy Duty Degreaser Part A (4 gal) and (2) two Heavy Duty Degreaser Part B (4 gal) cleaners. The scrubber must be a complete system including charger, batteries, dust control sweeping brusher w/ side brushes. This is NOT Brand name specific but the product you quote must be equal to or better than The Powerboss Admiral. Delivery will be 60 days after the date of the award. Delivery, set up and demonstration of the equipment will be to the 164th Regt RTI, 4417 Hwy 20, Devils Lake, ND 58301-8500. Offerors will include delivery charges in their quote. Quotes are due in by 11AM central time on June 18, 2010. Offers will be evaluated IAW FAR Part 13.106-2 as to the best value most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered such as availability of repair and service work within a hundred mile radius of Devils Lake, ND. Best Value being a Technically acceptable product offered at a Fair and Reasonable Price. Award will be made based on the best value to the Government.
