- Purchase Request number IQC10120009023, NSN 4030-01-316-2554, SHACKLE, TIE-DOWN. The item is to be utilized on the DIRECT AIR SUPPORT CENTRAL(DASC), AIRBON SYSTEM, AN/UYQ-3. Solicitation SPM4A6-10-R-0879; Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base and four option years and will be solicited 100% SBSA, FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. The Guaranteed Minimum Qty is 1413 each for the base year only, Minimum Order Qty is 1413 each for the base and option years; Maximum Order Qty is 5652 each for the base and option years, Estimated Annual Demand Qty 5652 each for the base and option years, and the Maximum Contract Qty per year is 11304 each for the base and option years. This requirement is I/A/W basic drawing 12368441, Rev A, dtd 10/09/1990. CONTRACTOR FIRST ARTICLE TESTING APPLIES WITH A SAMPLE SIZE OF 3 EACH, TEST REPORT – 90 DAYS. FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance @ Origin. Delivery is 32 days ARO. This procurement require does not require a surge and sustainment requirement. Ship to stock location(s) are in the Continental US. The anticipated issue date is June 21, 2010 & closing date of July 21, 2010.
