- FEKO Software Justification This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial software prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-41, 13 May 10. This is a sole source requirement IAW FAR 6.302-1. This RFQ has the following line items: CLIN 0001 FEKO DONGLE; Qty: 1 CLIN 0002 FEKO Antenna Magus Software; Qty: 1 Quotes must price each line item listed. Software is for: Air Force Research Lab (AFRL/RBS), Wright-Patterson AFB OH 45433. Payment terms: net 30. The following clauses and provisions apply: 52.212-04, 52.212-05, 52.222-50, 52.223-16, 52.227-19, 252.212-7001, 252.232-7003, 252.232-7010 and 5352.201-9101. The Government may award without discussions. WPAFB intends to award to EM Software & Systems (USA) Inc, Hampton VA. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Justification: Supplies required are available from only one responsible source and no other type will satisfy agency requirements.
