- The VA Heartland Network 15 is is seeking to award a single contract fot preventative and emergency maintenance on ten (10) Olympia Model 1702.1c high security shedders for the Colmery-O ™Neil VA Medical Center, 2200 Gage Blvd, Topeka, KS and other offices in eastern Kansas. It is anticipated that the contract period will begin on or about June 30, 2010 or date of award through June 29, 2011. The contractor will furnish all labor, tools, materials and transportation to perform maintenance on high security shredders in the following locations: Emporia, KS, Lawrence, KS, Kanss City, KS, Ft. Scott, KS St. Joseph, MO, Junction City, KS, Leavenworth, KS and Topeka, KS. The contract is anticipated to have a base year and 4 option years. This acquisition is set aside for Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 811212. The Standard Industrial Classification is 7699. The soliciation will be posteds on or about June 4, 2010. The small business size standard is $25 million.
