The Draft Solicitation includes the documentation describing the Defense Information Systems Agency's (DISA) Global Information Grid (GIG) Services Management-Operations (GSM-O) requirement. The requirement for this GSM-O effort is to obtain performance based services to include Provisioning, Net Operations, Net Assurance and Network Maintenance on a worldwide basis. (Please refer to the attached Performance Work Statement.) Industry is encouraged to review the documentation and provide comments. DISA will also host a Pre-Solicitation Conference to discuss the GSM Acquisition of Services (AoS) on 28 Jun 2010 at the DISA facility in Falls Church VA. During the Pre-Solicitation Conference, DISA intends to discuss the scope of the GSM to include the GSM-Engineering/Transition/Implementation (GSM-ETI) requirement and the GSM-Projects and Support (GSM-P&S). DISA will also host one-on-one sessions with industry between 29 and 30 Jun 2010 for this GSM-O effort, only. Pre-registration information for both events is detailed in the Executive Summary of this Draft RFP.
