- REVISED Pre-Solicitation Notice The purpose of this amendment to the Pre-Solicitation Notice is to provide revised information on the announcement to include updates on the Written Response. See the attached REVISED CAT BPSS Announcement dated June 4, 2010. *Please note that the previous attachment titled "CAt BPSS Announcement" dated November 10, 2009 is now being replaced with "REVISED CAT BPSS Announcement" dated June 4, 2010. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Responses shall be submitted electronically to rebecca.leake@dhs.gov and susan.hong@dhs.gov in accordance with the attached instructions no later than 5:00 p.m. EST on June 17, 2010.
