- SECHQ1-10-R-0078 Request for Proposal This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with Subpart 13.5, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and proposals are being requested. The solicitation number is SECHQ1-10-R-0078 and it is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation SECHQ1-10-R-0078 and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circulars. This is not a set-aside; the associated NAICS code is 541512. Details will be found in the attached RFP; a brief description of requirements for the RFP is as follows: The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC” or “Commission”), Office of Information Technology (OIT) is soliciting proposals for hosting services to include operation, maintenance, and configuration support for two (2) CA Clarity environments: Test and Production. The place of delivery and performance for this requirement is the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Operations Center, 6432 General Green Way, Alexandria, VA 22312-2416.
