- Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Naval Shipyard Maritime Industrial Branch, Hampton Roads Division intends to purchase on a sole source basis from Hansome Energy Systems, Inc. a total quantity of 7 bearing caps and 1 grease slinger to replace one for one parts for existing equipment. Complete description specifications will be provided in the written solicitation via Request for Quotation N00189-10-T-N070 and shall be awarded under a firm fixed price contract utilizing Simplified Acquisition procedures. The applicable NAICS code is 335312 with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,000 employees. Delivery shall be FOB destination, Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA 23709-5000. Inspection and final acceptance shall occur at destination. The date and time for receipt of offers is June 18, 2010, 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard time. Contractors are advised that this solicitation is NOT available electronically via the NECO website. Requests for the request for quote shall be e-mailed to deedee.miller@navy.mil. FAX AND/OR PHONE REQUESTS ARE NOT AUTHORIZED AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All requests for this solicitation shall include a complete mailing address, telephone number, fax number and authorized point of contacts.
