- MAINTENANCE SERVICE UNINTERUPTABLE POWER SOURCE AT NAVAL AIR STATION, MERIDIAN, MS THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY. A pre-solicitation will be published before invitations are issued. The purpose of this notice is to identify HUBZone concerns that are both certified by the Small Business Administration and classified under the NIACS code listed for this procurement. Based upon the response to this notice the government will determine if adequate competition exists to set this procurement aside for HUBZone concerns. Interested, qualified HUBZONE concerns must submit to this office NLT close of business 14 June 2010, ATTN Jason Clayton via, fax (601) 679-2143 or email jason.e.clayton@navy.mil the following: 1) A statement that your firm is interested in the project listed below.2) A copy of the HUBZONE CERTIFICATION LETTER issued to your firm by the Small Business Administration.3) Indicate that you are certified under the NAICS code listed below. DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPOSED WORK: Provide all labor, materials, tools, transportation, supervision and equipment required to perform periodic preventive maintenance and respond to service calls for two uninterruptible power systems at the Naval Air Station, Meridian, MS. Unit 1 is a Liebert Tag 1259266 Site ID 81580 24-KVA containing 40 UPS12-100 FR batteries (replacement UPS12-100MR).Unit 2 is MGE by Schneider Electric Model 72-170200-10, Serial # A04-12290, 20-KVA containing 20 batteries HX205 12 Volt 204W. The proposed contract is a Firm Fixed Price Type contract, with a base year for 12 months with two 12 month options. The total time for contract will not exceed 36 months. The exact locations of specified work will be indicated by the Contracting Officer. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this work is 811219, Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance. The associated Small Business size standard is $7.0 Million. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL AND NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. The Government will not pay for information requested, nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. NOTE: If adequate interest is not received from qualified HUBZONE concerns by the date specified above, the solicitation will be procured under other Set-Aside programs. The range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 in the base year.
