- THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, IT IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Department of Energy awarded a competitive Time and Materials Contract to CLIFFORD CHANCE US, LLP (DUNS 040549180) which will be initially funded by the Recovery Act. The contractor will provide programmatic and transactional legal advice and services, with senior level experience, to assist DOE in its role in advising on the Loan Guarantee Program as issues arise in respect of energy or energy-related projects.
