- QCEW DEVELOPMENT OF IMPROVED CONFIDENTIALITY PROCESSING METHODOLOGIES BLS-QCEW is seeking expertise for improving confidentiality processing methodologies. BLS-QCEW has begun research on using noise as a confidentiality protection technique but is open to using other approaches. The improvement should address the need for reduced suppressions, better protection, faster computer processing, and greater flexibility in accommodating changes to aggregation structures. ***PLEASE SEE ATTACHMENT FOR MORE INFORMATION***
