- The 177TH Contracting Office, 177th Fighter Wing ANG Base, NJ intends to award a sole source purchase order to Remotec Inc. 353 J.D. Yarnell Pkwy, Clinton, TN 37716. The items are needed for maintenance of F6A and RONS Robots, which are used by the EOD disposal team. RONS PART#D7040-7060 (QTY-1) D.REMOTEC-APD/MULTIRAE MOUNT,F6A PART#B7055-6080(QTY-1) E.REMOTEC-PAN MOUNT ASSY,RONS PART#D7050-5350 (QTY-1) F.REMOTEC-DISRUPTER JUMPER W/VIDEO, FOR USE WITH ABOVE PART#C7055-5355 (QTY-1) G.REMOTEC-POWER SUPPLY UPGRADE KIT PART#B2455-8590(QTY-1) H.REMOTEC- DUAL JUMPER ASSY. PART#B2455-5110(QTY-1) I.REMOTEC- MONITOR ASSY. PART#E7040-7460 (QTY-1) J.REMOTEC - DUAL CHANNEL RADIO ASSY. PART#D3860-8440-XXX (QTY-1) K.REMOTEC - F6A EMERGENCY SPARE PARTS KIT PART#B2455-0164 (QTY-1) L.REMOTEC - MICROPHONE ASSY. FOR MONITOR ASSY. PART#B3850- (QTY-1) The FA6 and RONS robots at the 177th Fighter Wing use parts provided only by Remotec Inc. Remotec Inc. is the only manufacturer and the authorized distributor of these parts. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. All questions must be submitted in writing. No telephone calls will be accepted. APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY: Request to award this requirement to only one responsible source since Remotec is the original equipment (F6A and RONS Robots) manufacturer and authorized distributor.
