- ETS2 Pre-Solicitation Conference Questions and Answers Attached, please find the Answers to the Questions which were given to GSA during the ETS2 Pre-Solicitation Conference which was held on May 12, 2010. These questions also include some questions that could not be answered at the Pre-Solicitation Conference. GSA has received additional questions from our request for input related to the Draft documents which were due by May 26, 2010. These questions are currently under review. As stated in the May 14, 2010 posting, it is not the intent of the Government to respond in writing to specific questions, rather Industry Questions will be used in consideration for the final solicitation document. GSA anticipates that the RFP will be issued in its final form sometime in late July 2010.
