- RECOVERY- This notice is for informational purposes only. This is not a solicitation for offers. This project is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This proposed action will result in a task order issued against an existing indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for Enviromental and Safety Services to include soil remediation services. These services are in support of the planned American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) recovery projects for the Modernization of Federal Center South located in Seattle, Washington.
