- STATEMENT OF WORK FOR.38 SPECIAL +P CALIBER AMMUNITION STATEMENT OF WORK FOR 9mm LUGER/9mm LUGER +P CALIBER AMMUNITION (124 GRAIN) This is a Sources Sought NOT a Request for Quote The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement plans to evaluate and procure at a future date.38 special and 9mm ammunition. See the attached Statements of Work (SOW) for specifics. This is a Sources Sought not a Request for a Quote (RFQ). Firms interested in responding to the sources sought/ request for information are asked to submit the following information along with any questions/ concerns with the SOW:  Firm's NAICS code, business size, annual revenue, number of employees, and DUNS number  State your small business socio-economic status i.e. HubZone, 8(a), Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, etc.,  Provide an estimate for price on a per-round and per case basis for each of the types of ammunition. ( Please note: This is not a solicitation and/or a RFQ and pricing submitted will not be evaluated. This RFI is to obtain market research only to anticipate funding requiremen ts).  List any ISO, ANSI, or other quality certifications for ammunition production that the firm may possess.  What is your available production capacity for new orders of ammunition rounds over the next five years  Please identify whether the business is a manufacturer, wholesaler, distributor, or a retailer of ammunition.  If your firm is not a manufacturer, what company(s) supplies your ammunition or components? Firms that are submitting any information that is proprietary in nature shall state so in its response to this Sources Sought with the following: "This response includes data that shall not be disclosed outside the Government and shall not be duplicated, used, or disclosed -- in whole or in part -- for any other purpose than to use for market research."
