- Industry Day Registration Form The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center-Fort Bragg (MICCC-FB) would like to invite interested contractors to a follow-on conference regarding the services in support of the US Army Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCOE) and its subordinate elements, the United States Army Armor Center, and the United States Army Infantry Center. Based on the comments received from industry coupled with the initial review of the Army Services Strategy Panel (ASSP) by the Office of the Principal Assistant Responsible for Contracting (OPARC) and the "lessons learned" on similar requirements the findings have resulted in several adjustments to the previously proposed acquisition strategy. As a result, MICCC-FB will issue one solicitation resulting in the award of two (2) multiple award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract suites [one suite for large business, and the second one reserved for small business]. The resultant contract(s) will include a twelve (12) month base period, four (4) one-year option periods, and FAR Clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. A minimum guarantee of $5,000.00 will apply to each award with a maximum ceiling of $458 million applicable to all MCOE support, regardless of the suite used to acquire the MCOE support services. Approximately six (6) to eight (8) awards will be made under each contract suite. The conference will be held on Wednesday, June 23th 2010 from 0900-1200 at the Headquarters Infantry Center, Building 4, Classroom 6, Ft Benning, GA. Please allow extra time for entry through the gate as Fort Benning is a closed Restricted Military Installation and your vehicle will be searched at the entrance gate. Be sure to have proper photo identification, driver's license, current vehicle registration and proof of insurance. The conference facility is limited to 200 people. Request that interested industry partners only bring a maximum of three (3) representatives. Registration will be conducted on a first come basis. Industry partners who do not register may not be allowed to participate depending on the number of registered attendees, thus registration is highly encouraged. A similar sign-in table will be set in front of the conference location for participants to confirm registration and for unregistered participants to provide valid contact information. A registration form has been attached for your participation in the 3rd MCOE conference. Registrations for the conference must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT), Friday, 18th June 2010.
