- The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment, and constructing 4,850 feet of bank stabilization work on Bear Creek and Topashaw Creek Canal in Calhoun County, Mississippi. The principal features of work include clearing and grubbing, debris removal, excavation, backfill, R200 riprap, erosion control, willow planting, storm water pollution prevention and environmental protection. The value of the proposed work is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Plans and specifications will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Web Page at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. Bidders may register on the Interested Vendors List (IVL) at http://www.fbo.gov/ and retrieve an IVL from the same location. Compact disc and hardcopies will not be available. Bidders should check often for changes (AMENDMENTS). Issue date on or about June 30, 2010. Bid opening date on or about August 05, 2010.
