- This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.603 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. However, Request for Quotation (RFQ) R10PS32052 will be issued simultaneously with this announcement to facilitate receipt of electronic quotes. The RFQ will be issued via www.fedbizopps.gov. This RFQ is issued under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), and is 100% small business set aside, however, Large Businesses may submit a quote, but a small business shall have priority. The NAICS code is 532120, Travel Trailer Rental, and the size standard is 23.5Mil. The Bureau of Reclamation, Phoenix Area Office, has a requirement for 7 ea Travel Trailer Rentals to be used on the San Carlos Apache Reservation. The RFQ contains the following: a description with quantities, and all applicable clauses and provisions. Quotes are due June 10, 2010 by 3:00 p.m. Pacific Standard time and may be submitted electronically, by fax, or by mail to: Bureau of Reclamation, Phoenix Area Office, Contracting Office (PXAO-8100), 6150 W.
