Pre-solicitation for US Fish & Wildlife10181AQ650 Fence removal and Fence install / Malheur National Wildlife Refuge, Princeton OR. / Veteran Owned Service Disabled Business Set Aside Solicitation will be posted after the 8th of June 2010. Project:The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Portland, Oregon, will advertise a requirement at the Malheaur NWR (Approx 32 miles South of Burns Or.) for new fence approx 2,640 feet, repair old fence 18,480 feet, T-Post construction, with H Brackets. About 4 miles of refuge boundary fence. "This will be set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. Project Selection process shall be "Value Based"1. Past experience on jobs using T-post fencing projects, with-in last three years2. References of companies you have worked with, up to 3, must be supplied with-in last three years 3. Price is equal to 1 & 2.
