- The contractor shall prepare a technical report of cultural resource documentation/inventories and evaluations of the 122 abandoned mines targeted for BLM ARRA mine closure. The purpose of this project is to conduct cultural resource inventories and NRHP evaluations of the 122 abandoned mines targeted for BLM ARRA mine closure and to adequately evaluate and document each site in compliance with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA).
