- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) Maintenance renewal for: AdaMULTI and Ada95 compiler for Power Architecture with Tornado 2 run-mode debug server for Tornado and Optimizing C/C++ compilers and toolchain for Power Architecture processors, (Quantity - 1 lot). This requirement is sole sourced to Green Hills Software, Inc., 30 West Sola Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93101-2599 due to proprietary software maintenance. Any firms believing that they can provide the software maintenance may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the maintenance without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
