- Janitorial and Mechanical Services at the U.S. Federal Buildings in Laconia and Littleton, NH Solicitation Number: GS-01P-10-BW-D- 0074 Agency: General Services Administration Office: Public Buildings Service (PBS) Location: North Service Center (1PSA) Request For Proposal (RFP) for Performance Based - Commercial Items Procurement for Janitorial and Mechanical Services at the U.S. Federal Buildings in Laconia and Littleton, NH. This procurement is 100% Hub Zone Set-Aside. The NAICS code for this project is 561720 and the size standard is $16.5 million. The 2 locations comprise a total of approximately 45,000 square feet (40,500 Laconia and 4,800 Littleton) and have older and less sophisticated mechanical systems. Services to be provided at both locations include operating, maintaining and repairing all building mechanical, electrical and utility apparatus and systems as well as performing janitorial services at all locations. In addition to all janitorial and mechanical maintenance services identified in the solicitation there are requirements for snow plowing and removal; grounds maintenance, etc. The period of performance is a base period of one year with two one-year options. The RFP will be issued on or about 06/18/10. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for on or about 06/29/10, at the Laconia facility, 719 North Main Street, Laconia, NH. Award is anticipated to be on or about 08/01/10 with services starting on or about 09/01/10. The solicitation will be available to download via this website only (www.fedbizopps.gov). It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this website for the release of the RFP and any associated documents i.e. amendments, notices.
